Chapter 67: Lord Rāma Breaks Lord Śiva’s bow

ततः स राजा जनकः सामान्तान्व्यादिदेश ह।
धनुरानीयतां दिव्यं गन्धमाल्यविभूषितम्॥
tataḥ sa rājā janakaḥ sāmāntān vyādideśa ha
dhanur ānīyatāṁ divyaṁ gandha-mālya-vibhūṣitam
tataḥ = then; saḥ rājā = king; janakaḥ = Janaka; sāmāntān = his officers; vyādideśa ha = ordered; dhanuḥ = bow; ānīyatām = bring; divyam = the divine; gandha-mālya-vibhūṣitam = decorated with scents and garlands.
Then, King Janaka ordered his officers: Bring the divine bow decorated with scents and garlands.
