Chapter 73: The Grand Wedding of Sītā and Rāma

त्वरयाभ्युपयातोऽहं द्रष्टुकामः स्वसुः सुतम्।
तस्य त्वं राजशार्दूल प्रीतिं कर्तुमिहार्हसि॥
tvarayābhyupayāto ’haṁ draṣṭu-kāmaḥ svasuḥ sutam
tasya tvaṁ rāja-śārdūla prītiṁ kartum ihārhasi
tvarayā = quickly; abhyupayātaḥ aham = I came here; draṣṭu-kāmaḥ = to see; svasuḥ sutam = my sister’s son; tasya = the king of Kekaya; tvam = you; rāja-śārdūla = O tiger among kings; prītim = happy; kartum iha arhasi = should make.
I quickly came here to see my sister’s son. O tiger among kings, you should make the king of Kekaya happy.
