Chapter 46: Rāma Leaves the Brāhmaṇas to go to the Forest
Text 2.46.7

भरतः खलु धर्मात्मा पितरं मातरं च मे।
धर्मार्थकामसहितैर्वाक्यैराश्वासयिष्यति॥

bharataḥ khalu dharmātmā pitaraṁ mātaraṁ ca me
dharmārtha-kāma-sahitair vākyair āśvāsayiṣyati

bharataḥ = Bharata; khalu = certainly; dharma-ātmā = is a soul devoted to dharma; pitaram = father; mātaram = mother; ca = and; me = My; dharma-artha-kāma-sahitaiḥ = that express dharma, artha and kāma; vākyaiḥ = with words; āśvāsayiṣyati = He will console.

Certainly Bharata is a soul devoted to dharma. He will console My father and mother with words that express dharma, artha and kāma.
