1 Ayodhyā is where Sumantra resides. The world of the devas is what he can attain in his next life if he goes back and continues to render his prescribed activities within Vedic dharma. Sumantra has no personal interest; he simply wants to serve and please Lord Rāmacandra. He is pure devotee of Rāmacandra as a servitor.
