Chapter 56: Rāma Reaches Citrakūṭa
Text 2.56.22

तस्य तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा सौमित्रिर्विविधान्द्रुमान्।
आजहार ततश्चक्रे पर्णशालामरिंदमः॥

tasya tad vacanaṁ śrutvā saumitrir vividhān drumān
ājahāra tataś cakre parṇa-śālām arindamaḥ

tasya = of Rāma; tat = those; vacanam = words; śrutvā = hearing; saumitriḥ = Sumitrā’s son; vividhān = a variety; drumān = of wood; ājahāra = gathered; tataḥ cakre = constructed; parṇa-śālām = a leaf cottage; arindamaḥ = and that subduer of enemies.

Hearing those words of Rāma, Sumitrā’s son gathered a variety of wood and that subduer of enemies constructed a leaf cottage.
