Chapter 56: Rāma Reaches Citrakūṭa
Text 2.56.32
इष्ट्वा देवगणान्सर्वान्विवेशावसथं शुचिः।
बभूव च मनोह्लादो रामस्यामिततेजसः॥
iṣṭvā deva-gaṇān sarvān viveśāvasathaṁ śuciḥ
babhūva ca mano-hlādo rāmasyāmita-tejasaḥ
iṣṭvā = having worshipped; deva-gaṇān = the vāstu deities; sarvān = all; viveśa = entered; avasatham = the residence; śuciḥ = in purity; babhūva ca manaḥ-hlādaḥ = Rāma’s mind became delighted; rāmasya = Rāma; amita-tejasaḥ = of unlimited prowess.
Having worshipped all the vāstu deities, Rāma of unlimited prowess entered the residence in purity. Rāma’s mind became delighted.
