Text 2.61.23

नन्वसौ काञ्चनैर्बाणैर्महावीर्यो महाभुजः।
युगान्त इव भूतानि सागरानपि निर्दहेत्॥

nanv asau kāñcanair bāṇair mahā-vīryo mahā-bhujaḥ
yugānta iva bhūtāni sāgarān api nirdahet

nanu = certainly; asau = Rāma; kāñcanaiḥ = with His golden; bāṇaiḥ = arrows; mahā-vīryaḥ = of great prowess; mahā-bhujaḥ = the mighty-armed; yuga-ante = at the time of dissolution; iva = like; bhūtāni = the elements; sāgarān api = and the oceans; nirdahet = can dry up.

Certainly, the mighty-armed Rāma of great prowess can dry up the elements and the oceans with His golden arrows like at the time of dissolution.

The “elements” are the five elements—earth, water, fire, air and ether.
