Text 2.71.29
भेरीमृदङ्गवीणानां कोणसंघट्टितः पुनः।
किमद्य शब्दो विरतः सदादीनगतिः पुरा॥
bherī-mṛdaṅga-vīṇānāṁ koṇa-saṅghaṭṭitaḥ punaḥ
kim adya śabdo virataḥ sadādīna-gatiḥ purā
bherī-mṛdaṅga-vīṇānām = of the bherīs, mṛdaṅgas and vīṇās; koṇa-saṅghaṭṭitaḥ = the mingled; punaḥ kim = and why has; adya = now; śabdaḥ = sound; virataḥ = stopped; sadā = always; adīna-gatiḥ = that were going on cheerfully; purā = in the past.
And why has the mingled sound of the bherīs, mṛdaṅgas and vīṇās that were always going on cheerfully in the past now stopped?
