यो मे त्वमीदृशीं सेनामेकोऽभ्यर्चितुमिच्छसि॥
ūrjitaḥ khalu te kāmaḥ kṛto mama guroḥ sakhe
yo me tvam īdṛśīṁ senām eko ’bhyarcitum icchasi
ūrjitaḥ = great; khalu = certainly; te = your; kāmaḥ = desire; kṛtaḥ = is; mama guroḥ = of My guru; sakhe = O friend; yaḥ1 me = My; tvam = for you; īdṛśīm = as large as this; senām = army; ekaḥ = single-handedly; abhyarcitum = to honor; icchasi = want.
O friend of My guru, your desire is certainly great for you want to single-handedly honor My army as large as this.
1 Technical note: yaḥ tvam.
Bharata referred to Guha with the words, “O friend of My guru” to reveal His devotional service attitude to Rāma.
Bharata implied, “We are [already] honored by your respect [for us].”
