Chapter 85: Bharata Reveals His Intentions to Guha
Text 2.85.6
दाशास्त्वानुगमिष्यन्ति धन्विनः सुसमाहिताः।
अहं त्वानुगमिष्यामि राजपुत्र महायशः॥
dāśās tvānugamiṣyanti dhanvinaḥ susamāhitāḥ
ahaṁ tvānugamiṣyāmi rāja-putra mahā-yaśaḥ
dāśāḥ = fishermen; tvā anugamiṣyanti = will be with You [and]; dhanvinaḥ = armed with bows; susamāhitāḥ = these attentive; aham = I; tvā anugamiṣyāmi = will be with You; rāja-putra = prince; mahā-yaśaḥ = O greatly reputed.
O greatly reputed prince, these attentive fishermen armed with bows will be with You [and] I will be with You.
Guha implied, “I will come with you and so there is no need to discuss about the routes.”
