Chapter 91: Bharadvāja’s Hospitality to Bharata, His Army and Family

वाजिमुख्या मनुष्याश्च मत्ताश्च वरवारणाः।
प्रच्छाद्य भगवन्भूमिं महतीमनुयान्ति माम्॥
vāji-mukhyā manuṣyāś ca mattāś ca vara-vāraṇāḥ
pracchādya bhagavan bhūmiṁ mahatīm anuyānti mām
vāji-mukhyāḥ = the powerful horses; manuṣyāḥ = men; ca = and; mattāḥ = proud; ca = and; vara-vāraṇāḥ = excellent elephants; pracchādya = take up; bhagavan = O powerful sage; bhūmim = in the land; mahatīm = a lot of space; anuyānti = following; mām = Me.
“O powerful sage, the powerful horses, men, proud and excellent elephants following Me take up a lot of space in the land.
This is a reason [for the sage] to become angry.
