ते वृक्षानुदकं भूमिमाश्रमेषूटजांस्तथा।
न हिंस्युरिति तेनाहमेक एव समागतः॥
te vṛkṣān udakaṁ bhūmim āśrameṣūṭajāṁs tathā
na hiṁsyur iti tenāham eka eva samāgataḥ
te = your; vṛkṣān = trees; udakam = water; bhūmim = land; āśrameṣu = your āśrama; uṭajān = the thatched huts; tathā = and; na = don’t; hiṁsyuḥ = destroy; iti tena = so that they; aham = I; ekaḥ eva = alone; samāgataḥ = came.
“I came alone so that they don’t destroy your trees, water, land and the thatched huts in your āśramas.”
