Canto 2 -
Ayodhyā-kāṇḍa
Chapter 91: Bharadvāja’s Hospitality to Bharata, His Army and Family
Text 2.91.28

तस्मिन्नुपरते शब्दे दिव्ये श्रोतृसुखे नृणाम्।
ददर्श भारतं सैन्यं विधानं विश्वकर्मणः॥२८॥

tasminn uparate śabde divye śrotṛ-sukhe nṛṇām
dadarśa bhārataṁ sainyaṁ vidhānaṁ viśvakarmaṇaḥ

tasmin = when that; uparate = subsided; śabde = sound; divye = celestial; śrotṛ-sukhe = so pleasing to the ears; nṛṇām = of humans; dadarśa = saw; bhāratam = Bharata’s; sainyam = army; vidhānam = the creations; viśvakarmaṇaḥ = of Viśvakarmā.

When that celestial sound so pleasing to the ears of humans subsided, Bharata’s army saw the creations of Viśvakarmā.

This was a mere indication that the gandharvas and apsarās had arrived. Viśvakarmā’s creations will be elaborately described from text 32.
