Chapter 92: Bharata Departs for Citrakūṭa
Text 2.92.30
देवानां दानवानां च ऋषीणां भावितात्मनाम्।
हितमेव भविष्यद्धि रामप्रव्राजनादिह॥
devānāṁ dānavānāṁ ca ṛṣīṇāṁ bhāvitātmanām
hitam eva bhaviṣyad dhi rāma-pravrājanād iha
devānām = the devas; dānavānām = dānavas; ca = and; ṛṣīṇām = sages; bhāvita-ātmanām = conscious of the Supreme Soul; hitam eva = benefitted; bhaviṣyat hi = will be; rāma-pravrājanāt = because of Rāma’s exile; iha = now.
The devas, dānavas and sages conscious of the Supreme Soul will be benefitted because of Rāma’s exile now.1

GLOSS. The dānavas [referred to here] are the saintly ones [among them who are conscious of the Supreme Soul].
