Chapter 103: Rāma Meets His Mothers and Vasiṣṭha
Text 2.103.10
इदमिक्ष्वाकुनाथस्य राघवस्य महात्मनः।
राघवेण पितुर्दत्तं पश्यतैतद्यथाविधि॥
idam ikṣvāku-nāthasya rāghavasya mahātmanaḥ
rāghaveṇa pitur dattaṁ paśyataitad yathā-vidhi
idam = this; ikṣvāku-nāthasya = and the protector of Ikṣvākus; rāghavasya = who is [another] descendant of Raghu; mahātmanaḥ = a great soul; rāghaveṇa = [one] descendant of Raghu; pituḥ = to His father; dattam = has offered; paśyata = look at; etat = this; yathā-vidhi = in accordance with the prescribed rules.
Look at this. In accordance with the prescribed rules, [one] descendant of Raghu has offered this to His father who is [another] descendant of Raghu, a great soul and the protector of the Ikṣvākus.
