Canto 2 -
Ayodhyā-kāṇḍa
Chapter 104: Bharata Beseeches Rāma to Rule the Kingdom
Text 2.104.13

तदिदं शाश्वतं पित्र्यं सर्वं प्रकृतिमण्डलम्।
पूजितं पुरुषव्याघ्र नातिक्रमितुमर्हसि॥

tad idaṁ śāśvataṁ pitryaṁ sarvaṁ prakṛti-maṇḍalam
pūjitaṁ puruṣa-vyāghra nātikramitum arhasi

tat idam = this; śāśvatam = always; pitryam = who assisted Our father; sarvam = entire; prakṛti-maṇḍalam = circle of ministers and other subjects; pūjitam = honorable; puruṣa-vyāghra = O prince; na = don’t; atikramitum arhasi = override.

O prince, don’t override this entire honorable circle of ministers and other subjects who always assisted Our father.

Here Bharata points out why He referred to the royal secretaries.

Sanātanam indicates that these subjects had been heriditarily [serving the king thus].
