Chapter 105: Rāma Consoles Bharata With Spiritual Instructions
Text 2.105.13
तस्य साध्वित्यमन्यन्त नागरा विविधा जनाः।
भरतस्य वचः श्रुत्वा रामं प्रत्यनुयाचतः॥
tasya sādhv ity amanyanta nāgarā vividhā janāḥ
bharatasya vacaḥ śrutvā rāmaṁ praty anuyācataḥ
tasya = His words; sādhu iti = were proper; amanyanta = thought that; nāgarāḥ = from the city; vividhāḥ = the many; janāḥ = people; bharatasya = Bharata’s; vacaḥ = words; śrutvā = upon hearing; rāmam = Rāma; prati anuyācataḥ = continuously beseeching.
Upon hearing Bharata’s words continuously beseeching Rāma, the many people from the city thought that His words were proper.
