Chapter 115: Bharata Goes to Nandigrāma
Text 2.115.17
भ्रात्रा हि मयि संन्यासो निक्षिप्तः सौहृदादयम्।
तमिमं पालयिष्यामि राघवागमनं प्रति॥
bhrātrā hi mayi sannyāso nikṣiptaḥ sauhṛdād ayam
tam imaṁ pālayiṣyāmi rāghavāgamanaṁ prati
bhrātrā hi = by My brother; mayi = with Me; sannyāsaḥ = representative of Rāghava; nikṣiptaḥ = has been deposited; sauhṛdāt = out of good wishes; ayam = this; tam imam = it; pālayiṣyāmi = I will protect; rāghava-āgamanam prati = until Rāghava returns.
This representative of Rāghava has been deposited with Me by My brother out of His good wishes. I will protect it until Rāghava returns.
