Chapter 119: Rāma Departs to Daṇḍakāraṇya
Text 2.119.15

ततस्तां शर्वरीं प्रीतः पुण्यां शशिनिभाननः॥
अर्चितस्तापसैः सिद्धैरुवास रघुनन्दनः॥१५॥

tatas tāṁ śarvarīṁ prītaḥ puṇyāṁ śaśi-nibhānanaḥ
arcitas tāpasaiḥ siddhair uvāsa raghu-nandanaḥ

tataḥ = then; tām = that; śarvarīm = night; prītaḥ = in happiness; puṇyām = sacred; śaśi-nibhānanaḥ = the moon-faced; arcitaḥ = honoured; tāpasaiḥ siddhaiḥ = by the accomplished ascetics; uvāsa = spent; raghu-nandanaḥ = descendant of Raghu.

Then the moon-faced descendant of Raghu was honored by the accomplished ascetics and He spent that sacred night in happiness.

GLOSS. [The glossator reads śaśi-nibhānanām instead of śaśi-nibhānanaḥ indicating that] the descendant of Raghu was happy with sacred moon-faced Sītā-devī.
