Chapter 11: Rāma Goes to Agastya’s Āśrama
Text 3.11.42
तत्रैकां रजनीं व्युष्य प्रभाते राम गम्यताम्।
दक्षिणां दिशमास्थाय वनषण्डस्य पार्श्वतः॥
tatraikāṁ rajanīṁ vyuṣya prabhāte rāma gamyatām
dakṣiṇāṁ diśam āsthāya vana-ṣaṇḍasya pārśvataḥ
tatra = there; ekām = for a; rajanīm = night; vyuṣya = stay and; prabhāte = early in the morning; rāma = Rāma; gamyatām = go; dakṣiṇām = to the south; diśam = the region; āsthāya = towards; vana-ṣaṇḍasya = the forest area; pārśvataḥ = of.
Rāma, stay there for a night and early in the morning go towards the region to the south of the forest area.
