Text 3.11.50

यथा हि मे वनस्यास्य ज्ञाताः पथि सहस्रशः।
संनताः फलभारेण पुष्पभारेण च द्रुमाः॥

yathā hi me vanasyāsya jñātāḥ pathi sahasraśaḥ
sannatāḥ phala-bhāreṇa puṣpa-bhāreṇa ca drumāḥ

yathā hi = just as [we have been told]; me = I; vanasya = forest; asya = in this; jñātāḥ = recognize; pathi = by the pathway; sahasraśaḥ = the thousands of; sannatāḥ = they are bent; phala-bhāreṇa = because of the weight of their fruits; puṣpa-bhāreṇa = flowers; ca = and; drumāḥ = trees.

Just as [we have been told], I recognize the thousands of trees by the pathway in this forest. They are bent because of the weight of their fruits and flowers.

Rāmacandra recognized the trees on the pathway in the forest as signs in accordance with [the description] that He had heard [from the sage Sutīkṣṇa].1
