Chapter 13: Rāma Departs for Pañcavaṭī
Text 3.13.22
भवानपि सदारश्च शक्तश्च परिरक्षणे।
अपि चात्र वसन्राम तापसान्पालयिष्यसि॥
bhavān api sadāraś ca śaktaś ca parirakṣaṇe
api cātra vasan rāma tāpasān pālayiṣyasi
bhavān = You; api = too; sadāraḥ ca = with Your wife; śaktaḥ ca = are capable; parirakṣaṇe api ca = of protecting; atra = in [Your] āśrama at Pañcavaṭī; vasan = while residing; rāma = Rāma; tāpasān = the ascetics; pālayiṣyasi = You will protect [them].
Rāma, with Your wife, You too are capable of protecting the ascetics. You will protect them while residing in [Your] āśrama at Pañcavaṭī.
