tasmāt = so; gṛhītvā = take charge; vaidehīm = of Vaidehī to protect her; śara-pāṇiḥ = and with arrows in Your hand; dhanurdharaḥ = take a bow; guhām = cave; āśraya = and take shelter; śailasya = in the mountain; durgām = of an inaccessible; pādapa-saṅkulām = surrounded by trees.
So, take a bow and with arrows in Your hand, take charge of Vaidehī to protect her, and take shelter of an inaccessible cave in the mountain surrounded by trees.
