Canto 3 -
Araṇya-kāṇḍa
Chapter 26: Rāmacandra Destroys Dūṣaṇa and his Followers
Text 3.26.3

सद्रुमाणां शिलानां च वर्षं प्राणहरं महत्।
प्रतिजग्राह धर्मात्मा राघवस्तीक्ष्णसायकैः॥

sadrumāṇāṁ śilānāṁ ca varṣaṁ prāṇa-haraṁ mahat
pratijagrāha dharmātmā rāghavas tīkṣṇa-sāyakaiḥ

sa-drumāṇām = trees; śilānām = of stones; ca = and so on; varṣam = shower; prāṇa-haram = could take away the lives of others; mahat = the great; pratijagrāha = neutralized them; dharma-ātmā = whose mind was dhārmika; rāghavaḥ = [but] Rāghava; tīkṣṇa-sāyakaiḥ = with His sharp arrows.

The great shower of stones, trees and so on could take away the lives of others, [but] Rāghava whose mind was dhārmika neutralized them with His sharp arrows.

Dharmātmā indicates that Lord Rāmacandra did not engage in deceptive warfare [with them].
