Chapter 28: Śrī Rāma Attacks Khara
Text 3.28.6
स सर्वाश्च दिशो बाणैः प्रदिशश्च महारथः।
पूरयामास तं दृष्ट्वा रामोऽपि सुमहद्धनुः॥
sa sarvāś ca diśo bāṇaiḥ pradiśaś ca mahā-rathaḥ
pūrayām āsa taṁ dṛṣṭvā rāmo ’pi sumahad-dhanuḥ
saḥ = the; sarvāḥ ca = all; diśaḥ = directions; bāṇaiḥ = with His arrows; pradiśaḥ = subdirections; ca = and; mahā-rathaḥ = great chariot fighter; pūrayām āsa = filled; tam = him; dṛṣṭvā = upon seeing; rāmaḥ = Lord Rāma; api = also; sumahat-dhanuḥ = and wielder of a very great bow.
Upon seeing him, the great chariot fighter and wielder of a very great bow, Lord Rāma, also filled all directions and subdirections with His arrows.
