केन रम्यं जनस्थानं हतं मम परासुना।
को हि सर्वेषु लोकेषु गतिं नाधिगमिष्यति॥
kena ramyaṁ janasthānaṁ hataṁ mama parāsunā
ko hi sarveṣu lokeṣu gatiṁ nādhigamiṣyati
kena = which man; ramyam = pleasant; janasthānam = Janasthāna; hatam = has destroyed; mama = my; para-asunā = whose death is imminent; kaḥ = who; hi = indeed; sarveṣu = in all; lokeṣu = the worlds; gatim na adhigamiṣyati = wouldn’t attain his destination.
1 Parāsunā (“about to die”) literally means “who has lost his life.” Technical note: parāsuneti krodhān mumūrṣuṇety arthe prayuktam.
2 Meaning, “Who indeed in all the worlds wouldn’t attain death?” Rāvaṇa is talking about a person whose death is imminent. Therefore, “the destination” he speaks of in the verse is death.

“[Which man] whose death is imminent” is just abusive speech, [typical of Rāvaṇa].
GLOSS. Rāvaṇa utters, “[which man] whose death is imminent,” upon ascertaining that such a man should certainly die.1
