Chapter 34: Rāvaṇa’s Conversation With Śūrpaṇakhā
Text 3.34.15
सा सुकेशी सुनासोरुः सुरूपा च यशस्विनी।
देवतेव वनस्यास्य राजते श्रीरिवापरा॥
sā sukeśī sunāsoruḥ surūpā ca yaśasvinī
devateva vanasyāsya rājate śrīr ivāparā
sā = she; sukeśī = has beautiful hair; sunāsa-ūruḥ = nose and thighs; surūpā = she has a beautiful form; ca = and; yaśasvinī = is famous for her beautiful features; devatā = the deity; iva = she is like; vanasya = forest; asya = of that; rājate = and shines; śrīḥ = Śrī; iva = like; aparā = another.
She has beautiful hair, nose and thighs. She has a beautiful form and is famous for her beautiful features. She is like the deity of that forest and shines like another Śrī.
