पाण्डराणि विशालानि दिव्यमाल्ययुतानि च।
तूर्यगीताभिजुष्टानि विमानानि समन्ततः॥
तपसा जितलोकानां कामगान्यभिसम्पतन्।
गन्धर्वाप्सरसश्चैव ददर्श धनदानुजः॥
pāṇḍarāṇi viśālāni divya-mālya-yutāni ca
tūrya-gītābhijuṣṭāni vimānāni samantataḥ
tapasā jita-lokānāṁ kāmagāny abhisampatan
gandharvāpsarasaś caiva dadarśa dhanadānujaḥ
pāṇḍarāṇi = pale; viśālāni = and wide; divya-mālya-yutāni = they had celestial garlands; ca = and; tūrya-gīta-abhijuṣṭāni = were filled with music and songs; vimānāni = airplanes; samantataḥ = on all sides; tapasā = by austerity; jita-lokānām = which belonged to those who had conquered the [celestial] worlds; kāmagāni = those airplanes flew wherever they wanted; abhisampatan = came across; gandharva-apsarasaḥ = gandharvas and apsarās; ca eva = and; dadarśa = saw; dhanada-anujaḥ = Kuvera’s younger brother.
Kuvera’s younger brother came across pale and wide airplanes on all sides and saw gandharvas and apsarās. Those airplanes, which belonged to those who had conquered the [celestial] worlds by austerity, flew wherever they wanted. They had celestial garlands and were filled with music and songs.
