Chapter 64: Rāma Discovers Some Clues About Sītā’s Whereabouts
Text 3.64.30
कच्चित्क्षितिभृतां नाथ दृष्टा सर्वाङ्गसुन्दरी।
रामा रम्ये वनोद्देशे मया विरहिता त्वया॥
kaccit kṣitibhṛtāṁ nātha dṛṣṭā sarvāṅga-sundarī
rāmā ramye vanoddeśe mayā virahitā tvayā
kaccit = have; kṣitibhṛtām = of the mountains; nātha = O lord; dṛṣṭā = seen; sarva-aṅga-sundarī = every part of whose body is beautiful; rāmā = a lady; ramye = pleasant; vana-uddeśe = in the interior of the forest [here]; mayā = I; virahitā = had left her; tvayā = you.
O lord of the mountains, have you seen a lady, every part of whose body is beautiful? I had left her in the interior of the pleasant forest [here].
