Chapter 64: Rāma Discovers Some Clues About Sītā’s Whereabouts
Text 3.64.61
ममास्त्रबाणसम्पूर्णमाकाशं पश्य लक्ष्मण।
निःसम्पातं करिष्यामि ह्यद्य त्रैलोक्यचारिणाम्॥
mamāstra-bāṇa-sampūrṇam ākāśaṁ paśya lakṣmaṇa
niḥsampātaṁ kariṣyāmi hy adya trailokyacāriṇām
mama = My; astra-bāṇa-sampūrṇam = fill with brahmāstra, other weapons and arrows; ākāśam = the sky; paśya = just see; lakṣmaṇa = Lakṣmaṇa; niḥsampātam = it will be impossible to move about in the sky; kariṣyāmi hi = I will; adya = today; trailokyacāriṇām = for the residents of the three worlds.
Lakṣmaṇa, just see! Within a moment, I will fill the sky with My brahmāstra, other weapons and arrows.1 Today it will be impossible for the residents of the three worlds to move about in the sky.
1 Rāmāyaṇa-bhūṣaṇa: paśya uttara-kṣaṇa iti śeṣaḥ.
