Chapter 64: Rāma Discovers Some Clues About Sītā’s Whereabouts
Text 3.64.66

अर्दितं मम नाराचैर्ध्वस्तभ्रान्तमृगद्विजम्।
समाकुलममर्यादं जगत्पश्यार्य लक्ष्मण॥

arditaṁ mama nārācair dhvasta-bhrānta-mṛga-dvijam
samākulam amaryādaṁ jagat paśyārya lakṣmaṇa

arditam = which will be tormented; mama = My; nārācaiḥ = by arrows; dhvasta-bhrānta-mṛga-dvijam = it will [then] be filled with scattered and bewildered beasts and birds; samākulam = in total confusion; amaryādam = transgressing every bound; jagat = at the world; paśya = look; ārya = respected; lakṣmaṇa = Lakṣmaṇa.

Respected Lakṣmaṇa, look at the world which will be tormented by My iron arrows. It will [then] be filled with scattered and bewildered beasts and birds in total confusion, transgressing every bound.

Amaryādam (“transgressing every bound”) indicates that the world would be filled with [creatures] who have given up their respective natural positions [in material existence].
