निर्मर्यादानिमाँल्लोकान्करिष्याम्यद्य सायकैः।
हृतां मृतां वा सौमित्रे न दास्यन्ति ममेश्वराः॥
nirmaryādān imānl lokān kariṣyāmy adya sāyakaiḥ
hṛtāṁ mṛtāṁ vā saumitre na dāsyanti mameśvarāḥ
nirmaryādān = devoid of their boundaries; imān = these; lokān = worlds; kariṣyāmi = I will make; adya = today; sāyakaiḥ = with [My] arrows; hṛtām = her who has been abducted; mṛtām = killed; vā = or; saumitre = Saumitri; na dāsyanti = don’t give; mama = to Me; īśvarāḥ = if the capable lords [of the creatures].
Saumitri, if the capable lords [of the creatures] don’t give her—who has been abducted or killed—to Me, I will make these worlds devoid of their boundaries today with [My] arrows.

2 The second half of text 71 means “Saumitri, if the capable lords [of the creatures] don’t give her—who has been abducted or killed—to Me.” What does this mean? Did the Lord expect that the lords of the demigods should give Sītā-devī’s dead body to Him? That is clarified in the next text.
“Devoid of their boundaries” indicates that Śrī Rāmacandra would make the worlds devoid of their natural arrangements.1
He then clarifies the meaning of the second half of this verse in the next verse.2
