ततः स्थूलशिरा नाम महर्षिः कोपितो मया।

tataḥ sthūlaśirā nāma maha-rṣiḥ kopito mayā
sañcinvan vividhaṁ vanyaṁ rūpeṇānena dharṣitaḥ
tataḥ = and then; sthūlaśirāḥ = Sthūlaśirā; nāma = named; mahā-ṛṣiḥ = a great sage; kopitaḥ = angered; mayā = I; sañcinvan = when he collected; vividham = various; vanyam = forest foods; rūpeṇa = form; anena = in this; dharṣitaḥ = I harassed him.
And then I angered a great sage named Sthūlaśirā. When he collected various forest foods, I harassed him in this form.1
[1]. He assumed this form of a headless trunk and harassed Sthūlaśirā.
The forest foods that Sthūlaśirā had collected were taken away [by Kabandha in his former life]. Therefore, [the great sage] became angry.
