Chapter 72: Kabandha Tells Rāma About Sugrīva
Text 3.72.22

स हि स्थानानि सर्वाणि कार्त्स्न्येन कपिकुञ्जरः।
नरमांसाशिनां लोके नैपुण्यादधिगच्छति॥

sa hi sthānāni sarvāṇi kārtsnyena kapi-kuñjaraḥ
nara-māṁsāśināṁ loke naipuṇyād adhigacchati

saḥ = that; hi = certainly; sthānāni = the places; sarvāṇi = about all; kārtsnyena = and completely; kapi-kuñjaraḥ = best of monkeys; nara-māṁsāśinām = of the man-eaters; loke = in the world; naipuṇyāt = because of his expertise; adhigacchati = will know.

Because of his expertise, that best of monkeys will certainly and completely know about all the places of the man-eaters in the world.

“The man-eaters” means “rākṣasas.”
