Chapter 5: Vasiṣṭha Prepares Rāma for the Coronation

स रामभवनं प्राप्य पाण्डुराभ्रघनप्रभम्।
तिस्रः कक्ष्या रथेनैव विवेश मुनिसत्तमः॥
sa rāma-bhavanaṁ prāpya pāṇḍurābhra-ghana-prabham
tisraḥ kakṣyā rathenaiva viveśa muni-sattamaḥ
saḥ = the; rāma-bhavanam = Rāma’s house; prāpya = reaching; pāṇḍura-abhra-ghana-prabham = shining in the color of pale and thick clouds 1; tisraḥ = three; kakṣyāḥ = gates; rathena eva = on his chariot; viveśa = passed through; muni-sattamaḥ = best of sages.
Reaching Rāma’s house shining in the color of pale and thick clouds, the best of sages passed through three gates on his chariot.
