Chapter 5: Vasiṣṭha Prepares Rāma for the Coronation
Text 2.5.15
स राजभवनप्रख्यात् तस्माद्रामनिवेशनात्।
निर्गत्य ददृशे मार्गं वसिष्ठो जनसंवृतम्॥
sa rāja-bhavana-prakhyāt tasmād rāma-niveśanāt
nirgatya dadṛśe mārgaṁ vasiṣṭho jana-saṁvṛtam
saḥ1 rāja-bhavana-prakhyāt = resembled a king’s palace; tasmāt = that; rāma-niveśanāt = from Rāma’s residence; nirgatya = departed and; dadṛśe = noticed that; mārgam = the road; vasiṣṭhaḥ = Vasiṣṭha; jana-saṁvṛtam = was filled with people.

Vasiṣṭha departed from Rāma’s residence that resembled a king’s palace and noticed that the road was full of people.
