nṛśaṁse = O merciless woman; pāpa-saṅkalpe = O lady resolved to commit sin; kṣudre = O less intelligent woman; duṣkṛta-kāriṇi = O one of sinful action; kim nu = what; duḥkham = cause of distress; alīkam = displeasure 5; vā = or; mayi = in me; rāme = Rāma; ca = or; paśyasi = do you find.
O merciless woman, O lady resolved to commit sin, O less intelligent woman, O one of sinful action, what cause of distress or displeasure do you find in me or Rāma?
Daśaratha refers to Kaikeyī as a a merciless women because she had resolved to commit sin, that is, to banish Rāma. And she had resolved so because she was a less intelligent lady. She was less intelligent because in the past, in a previous life, she had committed sinful actions.
