Canto 2 -
Ayodhyā-kāṇḍa
Chapter 32: Rāma Gives Away His Wealth Before Departing
Text 2.32.11

इत्युक्तः स हि रामेण सुयज्ञः प्रतिगृह्य तत्। रामलक्ष्मणसीतानां प्रयुयोजाशिषः शुभाः॥

ity uktaḥ sa hi rāmeṇa suyajñaḥ pratigṛhya tat rāma-lakṣmaṇa-sītānāṁ prayuyojāśiṣaḥ śubhāḥ

iti = thus; uktaḥ = was addressed; saḥ hi = when he; rāmeṇa = by Rāma; suyajñaḥ = Suyajña; pratigṛhya = accepted and; tat = them; rāma-lakṣmaṇa-sītānām = to Rāma, Lakṣmaṇa and Sītā-devī; prayuyoja = uttered; āśiṣaḥ = benedictions; śubhāḥ = auspicious.

When he was thus addressed by Rāma, Suyajña accepted them and uttered auspicious benedictions to Rāma, Lakṣmaṇa and Sītā-devī.

Pratigṛhya indicates that these [gifts from Rāma] were not merely deposited with Suyajña for safekeeping [for the time being].
