Chapter 32: Rāma Gives Away His Wealth Before Departing
Text 2.32.14
तर्पयस्व महाबाहो गोसहस्रैश्च मानद। सुवर्णै रजतैश्चैव मणिभिश्च महाधनैः॥
tarpayasva mahā-bāho go-sahasraiś ca mānada suvarṇai rajataiś caiva maṇibhiś ca mahā-dhanaiḥ
tarpayasva = satisfy them; mahā-bāho = O mighty-armed; go-sahasraiḥ ca = with thousands of cows; mānada = respectful one; suvarṇaiḥ = gold; rajataiḥ ca eva = silver; maṇibhiḥ = jewels; ca = and; mahā-dhanaiḥ = great riches.
O mighty-armed respectful one, satisfy them with thousands of cows, gold, silver, jewels and great riches.
