Chapter 49: Rāma Continues on Towards the Forest

राजानं धिग्दशरथं कामस्य वशमास्थितम्॥
rājānaṁ dhig daśarathaṁ kāmasya vaśam āsthitam
rājānam = King; dhik = fie upon; daśaratham = Daśaratha; kāmasya = of lust; vaśam = under the control; āsthitam = who has come.
Fie upon King Daśaratha who has come under the control of lust!
