Chapter 100: Rāma Instructs Bharata About the Duties of a King
Text 2.100.21

कच्चित्ते सुकृतान्येव कृतरूपाणि वा पुनः।
विदुस्ते सर्वकार्याणि न कर्तव्यानि पार्थिवाः॥

kaccit te sukṛtāny eva kṛta-rūpāṇi vā punaḥ
vidus te sarva-kāryāṇi na kartavyāni pārthivāḥ

kaccit = I hope; te = the; sukṛtāni eva = only when they have been fully implemented; kṛta-rūpāṇi = when they are just about to be fully implemented; punaḥ = or; viduḥ = get to know; te = and that they; sarva-kāryāṇi = all Your plans of action; na = don’t know; kartavyāni = Your plans of action before they are implemented; pārthivāḥ = neighboring kings.

I hope the neighboring kings get to know all Your plans of action only when they have been fully implemented or when they are just about to be fully implemented, and that they don’t know Your plans of action before they are implemented.

“When they are just about to be fully implemented” means “when they are just about to reach the end results.”
