Chapter 106: Bharata Persists in His Request
Text 2.106.27
अभिषिक्तस्त्वमस्माभिरयोध्यां पालने व्रज।
विजित्य तरसा लोकान्मरुद्भिरिव वासवः॥
abhiṣiktas tvam asmābhir ayodhyāṁ pālane vraja
vijitya tarasā lokān marudbhir iva vāsavaḥ
abhiṣiktaḥ tvam = after the coronation; tvam asmābhiḥ = with us; ayodhyām = Ayodhyā; pālane = to maintain; vraja = and come; vijitya = conquer; tarasā = forcefully; lokān = the worlds; marudbhiḥ = with the maruts; iva = like; vāsavaḥ = Indra.
After the coronation, forcefully conquer the worlds with us and come to maintain Ayodhyā like Indra with the maruts.
