Chapter 106: Bharata Persists in His Request
Text 2.106.29

अद्यार्य मुदिताः सन्तु सुहृदस्तेऽभिषेचने।
अद्य भीताः पलायन्तां दुर्हृदस्ते दिशो दश॥

adyārya muditāḥ santu suhṛdas te ’bhiṣecane
adya bhītāḥ palāyantāṁ durhṛdas te diśo daśa

adya = now; ārya = noble Rāma; muditāḥ = happy; santu = may become; suhṛdaḥ = well-wishers; te = Your; abhiṣecane = over Your coronation; adya = now; bhītāḥ = in fear; palāyantām = may flee; durhṛdaḥ = ill-wishers; te = Your; diśaḥ = directions; daśa = in the ten.

Noble Rāma, may Your well-wishers now become happy over Your coronation. May Your ill-wishers now flee in the ten directions in fear.
