तेनैवमाज्ञाय यथावदर्थमेकोदयं संप्रतिपद्य विप्राः।
धर्मं चरन्तः सकलं यथावत्काङ्क्षन्ति लोकागममप्रमत्ताः॥
tenaivam ājñāya yathāvad artham
ekodayaṁ sampratipadya viprāḥ
dharmaṁ carantaḥ sakalaṁ yathāvat
kāṅkṣanti lokāgamam apramattāḥ
tena = therefore; evam = this; ājñāya = understand; yathāvat = properly; artham = principle; eka-udayam = unanimity among themselves; sampratipadya = attain; viprāḥ = vipras; dharmam = their prescribed duties; carantaḥ = carry out; sakalam = fully; yathāvat = and correctly; kāṅkṣanti = while desiring; loka-āgamam = to attain the celestial worlds; apramattāḥ = and attentively.
Therefore, vipras understand this principle properly, attain unanimity among themselves and attentively carry out their prescribed duties fully and correctly, while desiring to attain the celestial worlds.
