Chapter 11: Kaikeyī Demands two Boons
Text 2.11.25
अभिषेकसमारंभो राघवस्योपकल्पितः।
अनेनैवाभिषेकेण भरतो मेऽभिषेच्यताम्॥
abhiṣeka-samārambho rāghavasyopakalpitaḥ
anenaivābhiṣekeṇa bharato me ’bhiṣecyatām
abhiṣeka-samārambhaḥ = for coronation; rāghavasya = Rāghava’s; upakalpitaḥ = that has been arranged; anena eva abhiṣekeṇa = during the coronation ceremony; bharataḥ = Bharata; me = My; abhiṣecyatām = should be coronated.
“My Bharata should be coronated during the coronation ceremony that has been arranged for Rāghava’s coronation.
