Chapter 70: The Fall of Kabandha
Text 3.70.14
मात्रा प्रतिहृते राज्ये रामः प्रव्राजितो वनम्।
मया सह चरत्येष भार्यया च महद्वनम्॥
mātrā pratihṛte rājye rāmaḥ pravrājito vanam
mayā saha caraty eṣa bhāryayā ca mahad vanam
mātrā = Our mother; pratihṛte = after seized; rājye = the kingdom; rāmaḥ = Rāma; pravrājitaḥ = and exiled; vanam = to the forest; mayā = Me; saha = with; carati = has been wandering; eṣaḥ = He; bhāryayā = His wife; ca = and; mahat = [all over this] great; vanam = forest.
After Our mother seized the kingdom and exiled Rāma to the forest, He has been wandering [all over this] great forest with Me and His wife.
