Chapter 73: Kabandha Requests Śrī Rāma to Visit Śabarī
Text 3.73.11

अशर्करामविभ्रंशां समतीर्थामशैवलाम्।
राम सञ्जातवालूकां कमलोत्पलशालिनीम्॥

aśarkarām avibhraṁśāṁ sama-tīrthām aśaivalām
rāma sañjāta-vālūkāṁ kamalotpalaśālinīm

aśarkarām = it is free from weeds; avibhraṁśām = its banks are of thick sand; sama-tīrthām = its ghats are neither too deep nor too shallow; aśaivalām = it is free from duck-weeds; rāma = Rāma; sañjāta-vālūkām = [and its bed] is formed of sand; kamala-utpalaśālinīm = it has red and blue lotuses.

Rāma, it is free from weeds. Its ghats are neither too deep nor too shallow. Its banks are of thick sand. It is free from duck-weeds [and its bed] is formed of sand. It has red and blue lotuses.
