śītodakaṁ ca pampāyā dṛṣṭvā śokaṁ vihāsyasi
sāyāhne = in the evening; vicaran = while wandering about; rāma = Rāma; viṭapīn = trees; mālyadhāriṇaḥ = with flowers; śīta-udakam = the cool water; ca = and; pampāyāḥ = of Pampā; dṛṣṭvā = You will see; śokam = Your distress; vihāsyasi = and abandon.
Rāma, while wandering about in the evening, You will see trees with flowers and the cool water of Pampā, and abandon Your distress.
“In the evening” because that is the time when flowers bloom.
