Chapter 73: Kabandha Requests Śrī Rāma to Visit Śabarī
Text 3.73.36

सिक्ता रुधिरधाराभिः संहृत्य परमद्विपाः।
प्रचरन्ति पृथक्कीर्णा मेघवर्णास्तरस्विनः॥

siktā rudhira-dhārābhiḥ saṁhṛtya parama-dvipāḥ
pracaranti pṛthak-kīrṇā megha-varṇās tarasvinaḥ

siktāḥ = become soaked; rudhira-dhārābhiḥ = in streams of blood; saṁhṛtya = because of their mutual fights; parama-dvipāḥ = bull elephants; pracaranti = and so they wander about; pṛthak-kīrṇāḥ = in solitude; megha-varṇāḥ = with the complexion of clouds; tarasvinaḥ = wild.

Because of their mutual fights, wild bull elephants with the complexion of clouds become soaked in streams of blood, and so they wander about in solitude.
