Chapter 75: Śrī Rāmacandra Reaches Pampā

स चिन्तयित्वा धर्मात्मा प्रभावं तं महात्मनाम्।
हितकारिणमेकाग्रं लक्ष्मणं राघवोऽब्रवीत्॥
sa cintayitvā dharmātmā prabhāvaṁ taṁ mahātmanām
hitakāriṇam ekāgraṁ lakṣmaṇaṁ rāghavo ’bravīt
saḥ = the; cintayitvā = having thought; dharma-ātmā = whose mind was dhārmika; prabhāvam = power; tam = about the; mahā-ātmanām = of the great souls; hitakāriṇam = well-wisher; eka-agram = to His like-minded; lakṣmaṇam = Lakṣmaṇa; rāghavaḥ = descendant of Raghu; abravīt = spoke.
Having thought about the power of the great souls, the descendant of Raghu, whose mind was dhārmika, spoke to His like-minded well-wisher Lakṣmaṇa.1
